Where It Started
Instant Rx Insights was created by two pharmacists with years of experience in the independent and health center pharmacy world. We loved DRX — but we kept running into the same wall: the data we needed to make smart, fact-based decisions was hard to reliably obtain.
We knew it was in there. The system had everything. We just couldn't get to it in a way that was fast, consistent, or actionable. So we took our interests further and built a direct-linked API connection into DRX — the foundation for everything that came next.
What We Built
Using our direct experience on the pharmacy floor, we developed the tools we always wished we had — instruments for making data-backed, fact-based decisions within our own organization. Not generic analytics. Tools built for the specific realities of DRX pharmacy operations.
